Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The goods are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

  • You can provide proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).

  • The product was not custom-cut, labelled, or specially made for your order.

Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.


2. How to Request a Return

Please email [your email address] with:

  • Order number

  • Product name and quantity

  • Reason for return

We will confirm your request and provide the return address.


3. Return Shipping

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the goods were delivered incorrectly or faulty.

  • Returned goods must be sent via a tracked courier to ensure safe arrival.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods:

  • A refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

  • If VAT was charged, it will also be refunded in accordance with UK VAT rules.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
We will replace the goods at no extra cost or offer a full refund.


6. Non-returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Clearance or discounted stock
